It is made of 70% PE and 30% PP, with Masterbatch. 5 layer is PP-PE-PE-PE-PP.  The quality of material is  very important to the film , it just like the foundation of building. The formula of each factory is different, usually it is secert .  Other factors are the proficiency of the workers and sutiable to the most automation of equipment.
